At ChowChowfornow, we prioritize the health and well-being of our puppies. We guarantee that every puppy is in good health when it leaves our care. If, within 7 days of pickup, you have your puppy examined by a vet who identifies an unforeseen congenital abnormality, we offer two options: a refund of your money or the opportunity to choose another available puppy. Please note that any expenses associated with returning the puppy with the abnormality will be your responsibility. Beyond this 7-day period, the puppy is sold as-is, without warranties or guarantees.

Our puppies and parent dogs have not been exposed to infectious diseases while in our care. However, it’s important to understand that any exposure to infectious diseases occurring after the puppy leaves ChowChowForNow is not covered by our health guarantee. We have no control over the environment in which the puppy is placed after it leaves our home.

While we strive to breed healthy puppies by ensuring our parent dogs are free from diseases, disorders, and health problems, we cannot guarantee that your puppy will never experience health issues. Just as a pediatrician cannot guarantee a child’s future health, we cannot provide an absolute guarantee. However, the good health of our parent dogs significantly reduces the likelihood of problems in their offspring.
